Hello, I’m Kyria and this is my Story as an Illustrator
Growing up, I was always “the artistic one.” The kid who was constantly drawing, who filled sketchbooks and margins and quiet afternoons with pictures. Everyone assumed I’d do something creative, it felt obvious, even if none of us knew exactly what that would look like. And yet, like so many stories, mine didn’t unfold in a straight line. I didn’t go to art school. I didn’t become an illustrator straight out of college. Instead, life took me the long way around… and I’m so glad it did.
